Lenka Spiska

October 3, 2017

Bridging the gap between the East and West, Lenka Spiska connects us to a new paradigm of healing. The SHIFT is a shift in consciousness where we treat the WHOLE person. Working with Energy Medicine, Lenka serves as the Eastern counterpart to Western Medicine.

As a Medical Intuologist, Lenka combines traditional Eastern medical practices with intuitive knowledge to detect subtle energy imbalances in her patients, helping them heal and achieve a sustainable healthy balance at every level: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  She reveals in-depth insights into a patients’ current state of health and well-being as well as pinpoints subtle energy imbalances, which may be contributors to illness or disease by addressing the mind-body-spirit connection.

In her work, Lenka empowers patients to become self-reliant and take charge of their health. In her own practice, Lenka guides patients through their own self-healing journey.  She creates an action plan, including self-empowering homework to help patients begin to resolve or heal their illness or pain. With Lenka’s guidance, patients begin to replace self-sabotaging programs by re-writing new programming, which is essential to better serving their health, aspirations and goals. The scientific term is called neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to change at any age.

Through the years, Lenka has facilitated numerous thought-provoking health seminars and wellness summits on energy medicine, spirituality, intuition and self-development; she has contributed to magazines and newspaper articles.

Lenka is a Medical Intuologist, Certified Advanced Holistic Health Coach from the International Institute of Holistic Medicine, Reiki Master Teacher and LMT.  Lenka was the first Medical Intuologist to join forces with a Medical Doctor in Southwest Florida, working side-by-side Dr. Teresa Sievers within the doctor’s medical practice. Currently, Lenka is collaborating with other Medical Doctors throughout the country.

She has traveled the world studying different cultures, learning how and why people heal – and why they don’t. Additionally, Lenka studied nutrition in Europe and attended culinary school in Colorado; she is fluent in four languages. Lenka describes herself a life-long student of energy medicine and life itself. She is a mother of two and lives and practices in Naples, Florida.

Introduction to Auricular Acupressure

Ian McIntosh has been a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. Directly after becoming licensed, Ian received extensive training in Shiatsu; this is where he first learned about the auricular points. One of his first jobs as a therapist was working at Bennett Christiansen Academy, a school for children with chronic pain and chronic disorders. That was where he discovered how effective the points are for pain and chronic disorders. In 2003 Ian travelled to Los Angeles to further his training by taking classes from Terry Oleson, who in 1980 was part of the double blind studies at the UCLA Pain Management Clinic to test the validity of the points. The years following his time at Bennett Christiansen Academy Ian has worked with a wide variety of afflictions including arthritic conditions, cerebral palsy, bechet’s disorder, and migraines to name a few. For the past seven years, he has been cultivating a thriving private practice in therapeutic massage utilizing various modalities to help achieve long lasting relief.

How to Get New Massage Clients

From Struggle to Success

Breakthrough Coaching transforms negative childhood training about money and success that’s creating effects that show up in daily life as not enough clients and too much financial struggle. In coaching sessions, you’ll discover the profound connection between learning how to receive appreciation, and learning how to receive money. In the process, you’ll be shown how to overcome the unconscious “Money Rejection Complex” that holds you back from having a more abundant massage business.

You’ll come to see the power of the positive mindset, and how it naturally transforms the destructive, negative self-talk that blocks the achievement of goals in your business, and happiness in your personal life. Most importantly, you’ll learn, in personal coaching, a method that you can practice for a few minutes each day that eliminates negative thinking for good.

You’ll be shown specific techniques to learn how to focus on success, and thus magnetize more of it to you. Coaching sessions will also present a precise process to awaken your innate enthusiasm on a daily basis. Awakening enthusiasm is vital for success in your business, turning you into a perpetual money magnet, attracting people to want to work with you. It also is fundamental for creating greater happiness in your private life.

Like the Chinese proverb, coaching gives you the fish needed to solve current problems, then shows you how to fish by undoing family patterns. This prevents problems in the future.

Bamboo Massage

Nathalie Cecilia, founder of Bamboo Massage

“Hall Of Fame” inductee (World Massage Festival 2009) and Teacher of the Year 2013 Nathalie Cecilia, creator and master of Bamboo Massage Therapy, was born in Nimes, South France. With a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Languages from the Universitee Des Lettres De Montpellier, she began her career as a teacher and a translator.

Traveling around Europe – and later around the world – she crossed the Atlantic in order to explore the United States and experience life here. It was then she decided to change her career. Keeping her goal to help people in mind, she attended the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy. Three months following her graduation in 2004, she opened Two Touch Company – a Thai studio and masage therapy office in Sarasota, Florida.

Many of Nathalie’s clients were asking for deep tissue treatment. She soon began to experience pain and fatigue in her hands and wrists. When she started using bamboo to assist her with deep tissue work, she noticed that her pain subsided and her clients loved it. She developed an innovative way to give bamboo massage on the table (Bamboo-Fusion) and in the chair, meanwhile creating her own bamboo set to give the massage.

Her goal today is to help therapists provide deep massage without pain. This technique aids in avoiding repetitive injuries, such as carpal tunnel, and reduces the stress on thumbs, wrists and hands.
